She is a Pet & House Sitter in Perth, Western Australia in her forties, a student, and registered nurse (in the U.S.) whom you can trust your most precious belongings to whether it be your home and nurtured plants or your beloved pets. Monica loves to travel and learn about different cultures. She looks forward to meeting you and learning about where you live, what do people in your hometown like to do for entertainment and their favorite cuisines. Monica hopes to learn bits and pieces of a new language and Aussie slang as well! She did her first international pet sitting job in Rome, Italy and fell in love with the city so much that she moved there! Taking care of your pets helps heal Monica's heart. Both of her Brussels Griffons (who used to travel everywhere with her) passed away in 2019. When Monica travels, it was so very important for her animals and home to be cared for by someone who treated them like they were members of their own family and that my home was safe. Monica states, "I am able to enjoy my travels when I am assured the things I treasure most are in loving, capable hands." This is what she wants to provide to you. Peace. Monica has owned two homes in Florida and Arizona over 10 years time and has had pools and hot tubs in both homes. Many animals have been a part of Monica's life. She has owned/cared for cats, dogs, raccoons, a skunk, snakes (from babies to 100 lbs), a pot bellied pig, bearded dragons, chameleons, rabbits, rats, mice, freshwater fish, turtles, a tortoise, and multiple species of birds from finches to macaws. Monica does not have experience caring for farm animals but she'd love the opportunity, especially horses and chickens (chooks)! As a nurse, she is very comfortable providing medication to pets. Monica is a non-smoking, neat, clean, and respectful house guest. She enjoys photography, cooking, baking, and misses traveling. She can't wait to meet you and your pets!
